Does anyone know the order of tiebreakers if there is a tie atop the Leaders division?

It doesn't matter. Wisconsin will not lose again. Everybody else will have 2 or more losses.
If Penn St. somehow only has one loss it will be to Wisconsin.

I'm more concerned about the tiebreak procedure for changing the ridiculously stupid Divison names of "Leaders" and "Legends".

Who cares? It's basketball season. College football is a money-making farce. I've found myself watching less and less of it, and I really haven't missed it much.

Wisconsin will lose next week. And PSU will lose when Posey returns for an epic performance.

Just took a look at Wisconsin's schedule. Wow, that's atrocious. Do they even play a tougher schedule than Boise State? I guess if they make the Big Ten championship game they will, but that schedule is marshmallow city.

Bored enough to sort of answer my own question. Using Sagarin predictor rating, Wisconsin's average opponent is rated 79.42. Boise's average opponent is rated 77.92. Basically, neither is really distinguishing themselves in the scheduling department. As noted above, Wisky probably "wins" if they play in the Big Ten championship game.

Wisconsin will destroy OLIEO this week. Destroy them. Can't wait to see that spread.

You need to inventory those resentments. My yogi says negative thoughts cost energy.
