OSU's Top 50 recruit has been declared ineligible. He's actually not even enrolled at OSU yet.

....But he was in Columbus, I guess lounging somewhere waiting to see his final status.

He has now left Columbus looking for, allegedly, the same guy who administered tests to Derrick Rose. :-)

Just a slight oversight I'm sure....him not being enrolled. I mean, c'mon. You gotta wonder why the NCAA is so uptight over such a small mundane thing.

Why enroll? If you end up declared ineligible, you then have to pay the tuition for the time you were there. You don't get a full refund if you've been there a few weeks. But, if you don't enroll right away, you can just try to play catch up after you've been declared eligible.
