Bringing Kids to the X games

I have an opportunity to get two season tickets for the upcoming season, but I need to know what the policy is for bringing kids to the games. I have a 3 1/2 year old that I'd like to bring along with my wife. Obviously, he'd sit on our laps during the game. On Ticketmaster, it says that kids under 2 don't need a ticket, but I wondered if anyone has had experience with this or how stringent they are with this rule. Let me know if you have any input. I would think as long as you are carrying your child the ushers wouldn't give you any problems.
If they did....they might have a problem.

I think that the general rule of thumb for the Cintas employees is if the kid can take a dump on a toilet largely unassisted, then they must be paying customers.

Call the ticket office to verify. I can't remember if the cutoff age is 3 or 4. I seem to remember a friend saying it is more generous than othre entertainment venues so 2 seems too young, unless they changed it recently.

I'm thinking that the cutoff is 3 years old for kids needing tickets. The season before last is the first season I started bringing my oldest daughter to games, and she was 3 during that season. I did need a ticket for her then.
