This is just absurd. Even Barney the Dinosaur thinks this is too much. I think even Oregon is pointing and laughing right now.

Northwestern already has a lifetime NCAA Tournament ban, and it's rare that anyone other than the Big Ten Network bothers to put them on TV. Probation would not accomplish much with them.

Maryland's football team should also be put on probation. OMG those uniforms are ridiculous.

I'd blame Georgia more than I would teams like Maryland and Boise - Georgia has more traditional helmets. I just blame Nike and Under Armour for all of these hideous designs.

Someone on twitter described Georgia's pro combat uniforms as a really shiny version of a HBCU's uniform.
