Alright... Who of you have gotten this already and who thinks this is actually a game in a series that is MUCH better than it's predecessor? There's a lot more...depth, to this game.

The main reason why I ask, is I want an online dynasty like a fat guy wants a cookie. And seeing as I'm craving some chocolate chip, I think it's high-time to get something started.

Who's in? Xbox only, because PS3 will steal my identity and marry my woman.

I've only played a few games and didn't play last year's, so I have to take your word on it being a significant upgrade. I normally only get Madden, but picked this one up because my cousin's son is in the game. He's a freshman WR at Buffalo (although they made him black and from Warrensville, OH when he's really white and from Avon Lake!).

Anyway, assuming I have the time I'll be in the Dynasty. Just remember that we tried to do it for Madden last year and it was tough getting enough guys.

Great game, love the new tackling/collision engine. Such an upgrade. The coaching carosel is awesome too.

Still annoying when passes hit my receiver's helmet on slants/swings occasionally.

I'm already in 2 online dynasties plus my offline one, so I probably won't do another.

NCAA 12 is great when I can get through a full game without freezing, which only happens about 75% of the time. Once it is patched up (as it always is) this will be the best football game in years. I plan to create Xavier in "create a school" and build them into a juggernaut.

I'd be up for an online dynasty on 360 once things stabilize.

GT option with conservative play clock....I love giving the other guy 3 (at most, 4) offensive series a game. I once gave up 1 offensive play in the first half (he fumbled first play, fumbled the kick return). was up 10-0 going to halftime as I kicked a FG to end the first half. If you happen to be down 2 scores going to halftime, its over.

Typically I enjoy the spread. Open things up and pick you apart. Oregon usually were my boys, but their recievers drop EVERYTHING and their QB is not the most accurate passer on the planet.

When in all doubt, however, I do love some POWER football. Give me a decent fullback and a strong running back, and I'll grind out 4-6 yards a carry and kill you in time of possession.

Nothing sweeter than deferring to kick and scoring right before halftime, only to get the ball back again.

Not to try and dump on this thread, but I love how every year, game critics and hard core players alike get amped up every year for the new NCAA or Madden, claiming that it is much improved on the previous years' game. Listening to all the hype, you'd think that every year is finally the year that EA has killed all the bugs and made a great game.

For about 3 years, I bought into the hype that "this year, the game is totally revamped and awesome" only to get it home and realize that it is the same pile of crap, just with new cheerleader moves on the sidelines and a wider variety of TD celebrations.

For the past two years, I have refused to buy both NCAA and Madden, and am much happier for it in the long run. I can't tell you how many copies of both that I have laying around after having been played for about two weeks each before being forgotten.

The only thing I've been upset with is you can't have a multi-coach dynasty off line. My roommates and I always used to do a dynasty, each of us being different coaches and competing against each other. Pretty much like an online dynasty would be, but you can't do that in this game.

They are a six star program. You can only start with a 4 star program or less. There are plenty of good schools that are 4 stars. If the Tide offer you a job for the next season, you're more than welcome to take it... Assuming the South Carolina Gamecocks (the team I picked to start) don't start rolling the SEC and making the Tide look like Dayton.

I fear you fail to understand how incredibly important this dy-NASTY is. It comes first...always.

I have plans this evening, but the spots are filling up quickly. A couple of former Xavier players have joined on, which means that it's now serious. From experience, I know that these two guys don't mess around. By nature, neither do I. I think it can be discerned from all of my 2000+ posts on here, that I've always been super serious. This is no exception.
