I'm not normally one to ask for prayers, but I would like to ask you all to keep my grandmother in your prayers. She is in hospice right now and will likely pass away sometime in the next few days from an extremely aggressive brain tumor. The last few months have been difficult for my family as they all have tried to pitch in and care for her at her home. Last week they just couldn't do it anymore as she could no longer walk and had to be carried everywhere, so we brought her in to hospice.

On a positive note: I can't say enough good things about hospice of Cincinnati in Anderson. I don't understand how those people do what they do every day.

Thank you

Prayers are sent up.

I recently met my girlfriend's grandfather on a hurried trip to Colorado as he was passing away from multiple tumors. While I only met the man then, my heart went out to him and his wife. She was working so hard to make him comfortable and take care of him (while putting herself on the backburner) and he tried during his final months to not be a bother, despite it becoming harder and harder for him not to do so.

The amount of care and effort it takes to take care of a dying member of your family is something that I hopefully will never have to know (nor any of you). However, I know I'd jump to do anything for my family if called upon.

My best wishes to your grandmother and your family, my friend. I pray that the coming days and weeks go as easy as possible for you and yours. Bless you.

Prayers on the way.

I cannot agree more strongly with you Booze about Hospice of Cincinnati out in Anderson. When my mother died last August, she was there. I have never been more impressed with any type of establishment ever. They truly do Gods work, and made my family truly appreciate the last days of my Moms life. I support Hospice of Cincinnati wholeheartedly. When my Mom died, we actually had people make donations to the hospice in lieu of flowers. They are good people.
