Duke's loss Monday night knocks them off the 1 line; Tennessee now becomes the last 1 seed after their win at Kentucky on Monday night.

If you look at all the 1 seeds this year, they all have a home win against each other (UConn over Baylor, Baylor over Tennessee, Tennessee over Stanford, Stanford over UConn). That's why the loss at Duke hurts more - it would have been the best road scalp in the country this season. As for a possible #2 seed in Dayton, Xavier's main competition is going to come from Notre Dame, DePaul, Duke and Texas A&M.
