Can we please move on?

As I watched our Muskies fall for the first time in eight games at Charlotte, a number of thoughts tiptoed, no, make that ran roughshod over my wee brain.
My first thought was 'Oh, sh!t, Dante Jackson will be vilified again. But wait, hasn't he suffered the slings and arrows after Xavier has won big? Answer , “yes.” Move on.
My second thought was, “Well, Chris Mack had better put his ear plugs in and stay off Twitter, Facebook and any other social media participation. And he'd better avoid reading these blogs. But he's by now used to hearing his name in vain. Move on.
My third thought—damn that's really requiring focus and concentration for me---was this should not have happened, especially after Richmond and the an early 16-4 lead XU built up in the first half, a lead that should have been 20 points at least if half of the opportunities to increase that lead had been converted into points instead of turnovers, just plain silly shots or missed shots players normally hit.
