Me too, just saw it in the paper today. No details released, but the blackmail price is reported to be $20,000

Since they are being brought up on extortion charges, which would presumeably come from XU - I imagine that either

a) The person doing the extorting got his facts wrong, and Xavier can make a pretty solid case.
b) Risk management has determined that there would be less than 20K damage to the university if the news got out.

Beyond that, I got nothing.
