WTF!!!!
There is a woman announcer on. I am fine with having them on the sidelines, but I had to mute the tv. What has this world come to? I have lost even more respect for BEspn.

They've had female broadcasters doing games for a few years now. The knowledge presented by them is no different than the ones presented by the males in general. I don't see an issue with this.
We're in the 21st century. Women's basketball is not necessarily the same as men's, but alas, their broadcasting abilities are no different then any male's.

Agree with Titan here. Certainly there are specific female announcers I don't like, but there are some male announcers I don't like either.
I wonder what a female Gus Johnson would sound like?

Next thing you know, they'll be wanting the vote.
I didn't know there were still people like this.

Villanova "Power of V" commercial clearly copied off "Power of X" commercial from a few years ago.

Doris Burke has done a number of games for ESPN on the men's and women's side; she was even part of the A-10 network about a decade ago. She even had to correct some knucklehead who kept calling David West "Mark West" during a Xavier-GW game.

Doris Burke is better than most of the men that ESPN has announcing games.

Talk about damning with faint praise.

This is OT. But I wish espn would have a channel where they would play games without announcers. Just put some boom mics near the floor and let us get immersed in the game. They already have enough channels; one more wouldn't hurt. And they could bury it somewhere in a cable package with a language disclaimer (that way they wouldn't have to screen out the profanities).
I'm probably in the minority, but I would totally prefer that presentation over some blowhard who doesn't know anything about our program.

Doris is doing the Denver/Portland game, and man, I think she'd be really good on Jmog.

I think Dorris is one of the best announcers in the business.
