Supposedly, the team is better this year. However, I think they've had that mantra since at least 1996.

They have a lot more Senior leadership this year and they had a pretty good season last year, compared to previous years.. 17-10 in conference last season 29-31 overall, so it seems they should have a pretty good season this year. Reguardless there is nothing better than going down to Hayden field on a wednesday afternoon and taking in a baseball game.

I dont think X's is either, but the kid on the mound today, Leesman, is a pretty good lefty. The inning I watched, 3 of the runs were unearned, with 2 outs.

X scores 5 runs in the top of the 4th to take the 9-5 lead.

Even though the Big Ten usually blows in baseball, this probably wasn't such a bad loss for X. Iowa beat #5 Vandy the other day.
