This is not an uggh. This is a thing of beauty.
I understand from reading the A-10 forum that this game may have eclipsed the classic Dayton/DePaul NCAA Tournament tilt for worst college basketball game in the shot clock era.

Well, it was a road game for them. They have a reputation for sh!ting the bed when it comes to games on the road.
I wonder how their fan base is reacting, specifically with respect to the height-challenged one.

I watched the game and it definitely set basketball back about 40 years. Ten minutes into the 2nd half both teams had combined for 3 made field goals all by Dayton. UMass didn't make a shot from the floor until almost 12 minutes into the half and only made 4 field goals in the entire 2nd half yet they still won. It was terrible yet hilarious all at once.

Then you didn't see the Dayton/Cleveland State game in the NIT a few years ago. It really think it was the worst display of DI college basketball that I have ever seen.

That game was beyond pain. It was like watching "Cash Explosion" sober.

Go, you always bring up this game and it makes me laugh because I remember watching that game (Dayton/DePaul) and thinking just how God awful it was. I also saw the game yesterday. It wasn't nearly as bad, but it was "good and terrible".

The difference is that the game on Sunday was a mid-year, non-descript game where no one in the country, other than A-10 followers like us, cares.
The udump, DePuke game was, allegedly, an NCAA Tournament game. A Convict USA Team that had no business getting invited vs an A-10 team that had no business getting invited. That horrific contest was on display for the entire country to see.
