MU lost to Belmont last night by 11. It's worth noting the Redhawks are a blistering 1-4 (against D-IA) since thumping us at their place.

That loss is/was/will be an RPI killer. Still steamed.

I saw that also. Totally typical of Miami. Play out of your minds against Xavier and then lay an egg the rest of the season. A-holes.

Miami put up 47 against X in the 2nd half. I'm not sure they could do that again playing 5 on zero. Miami is very bad but they played as well as they could against Xavier.

Correct. Still have no idea how they scored 47 in a half with an opponent on the floor. They are very, very bad.

I agree with Go. We were about as bad in that game as I've ever seen a modern Xavier team.

I remember our guards just driving and throwing the ball in the general direction of the hoop.

X played awful versus Miami and did not deserve a win with that type of performance. Thankfully, X seems to be defending better now than that night at Miami. Most people understood Miami will be a bad loss at seasons end but we can't worry about that now. All X can do is keep improving and pick up some signature wins.
