Some great basketball these couple of days.

Thing I wanted to get to is, why does Wake Forest have a basketball team this year? Go to ESPNU right now, and you will see a team that doesn't want to be on the court. It's horrendous basketball.

Wake may be the worst team on our schedule this year. Getting drilled at home to Iowa.

In a year where we probably need to get some breaks with the schedule, I think we've been pretty fortunate. Iowa is terrible. Seton Hall might turn out to look like a nice win when they get their best player back, but the Seton Hall team we beat was pretty lousy. Wake is worse than Iowa. Butler seems to have lost its mojo. Gonzaga was, predictably, highly overrated. Florida's results so far seem to suggest they are not close to the top 10 team they were billed as. Georgia was the only team Temple was able to limp by in Orlando.

Frankly, the only OOC opponent that seems to be exceeding expectations so far is UC. Crazy.

It's actually 2-2 now - Ohio State and Northwestern have wins for the Big 10; Wake and Virginia have wins for the ACC.

Michigan is already up at Clemson 23-13; UNC is about to tip at Illinois.
