The event, which is scheduled to be announced on Wednesday, includes Villanova, Oklahoma, Boston College, New Mexico, Washington State and Santa Clara. The eighth team will be announced at a later date.

The 76 Classic has become one of the better fields in recent years as far as exempt tournaments go. Isn't Xavier supposed to be in a tournament in Hawaii for 2011?
