I'm thinking:
PF - Harris
SF - Rutan
C - Ta'Shia
SG - Moss
PG - Special
I just don't think McGuff will go with a freshman in the SF spot. The only problem with this is that we are relatively short after Amber and Ta'Shia. Maybe Holmes is a possibility at the 3?

Nothing wrong with that as a starting lineup. When Phillips or Harris come out, that's when style of play adjustments must occur. I see Johnson (due to her experience) being early off the bench down low. Walker is going to have to mature quickly to provide the depth in the post that the Muskies will need.
Gray and Pachko will ease the pain of losing the "Twin Towers" next season.

Apparently Brittney Moore is no longer on the team, so Ta'Shia really doesn't have a backup right now. I agree that Walker will have to mature quickly. I wonder how much of a contribution Sabrina will make this year.
In a way, I'm kind of worried about our team after the starting 5. There really doesn't seem to be much experience there. This could end up being a definite weakness.

I was talking to my friend who is a manager for the team, and he really thinks that Katie will come off of the bench.

I think Katie will probably come off the bench. I don't have any inside information but I think coach will opt to bring her off the bench for another year. She is such a great spark coming off the bench that I think McGuff will leave her alone where she is for atleast another year. I think he will start either Lynette Holmes or maybe even Amber Gray if she is able to play.
We'll just have to wait and see....

Well Ta'Shia, Amber, Special, and Moss (at the 2 or the 3) are a lock to start. While I don't know any managers on the team, I also would have said I expect Katie to start (at the 2 and slide Moss to the 3). If she doesn't, I guess that means one of the newbies starts at the 3 and Katie provides scoring off the bench with the small freshman point guard from the east coast.
Will the girl from Colerain (Ashley something or other) get any time at all this year?

Good question. I'm guessing that will be determined in practice.
