Tackle the Mascot

Here's an article about how the OU mascot tried out just to tackle Brutus Buckeye at the 'Shoe. Needless to say he is now the former OU mascot. But, hey he accomplished his goal.

I love it...the kid became a mascot for OU for the only purpose of tackling Brutus.

It's a great story of a man who set and reached his goal.

And he's unappologetic for it, which makes it even better. He came, he saw, he kicked ass and he doesn't care what people think of him for it. I had to laugh at some of the comments. People are taking it way too seriously.

I feel bad for the kid. Seems his only goal in life was to dress up in a costume and try and take down another kid dressed up in a costume.

He's going to have to work extra hard to land that night manager job at Burger King now.

I was with him until they said he started punching Brutus in the head. I'm all for light tackling and wrestling but punching took it over the line. I have to admire his hutzpah though. I think he has a great career ahead of him in the next Jackass movie.
