I've got a little 12 pound Pomapoo...I know not really a manly dog but she is really sweet, great around kids and is a bundle of energy...and I actually put a youth Xavier t-shirt on her for game days. This is the ONLY time she has clothes on her and it's only during the game. I refuse to let any one "dress her up" at any other time and that includes halloween costumes. The Xavier bookstore does have little bandannas the you can put on the dog collar too. Have that too and it is never taken off, when her collar is on then so is her bandanna. Have not seen any jerseys though. That would be pretty sweet.

Is there a reasonable alternative for "That's so gay" that can be used to describe this thread?

I think "You have a pomapoo" is reasonable.

I don't have a dog, nor do I believe in dressing ANY animal up with the exception of a bandanna or game time jersey.
However, even I admit I lose a man card for that...

I think dog dressing is acceptable only for halloween. Dogs in costumes are just freaking hilarious. My boys have been a spider and a bug, batman and superman and darth vader and yoda. Every year just gets funnier.

To answer the original question, I'd try Hyde Bark in Hyde Park Square.

I'm in the anti-dog clothing crowd but some of the little ones and the old ones can get pretty cold in the winter. I do have a cape that I can throw on my dogs if it gets unbearable for them.
You might be able to find someone to make you a custom X sweater but I'll be surprised if you find one in a store. Try etsy.com for work by home crafters. You might find someone that makes custom dog clothing.
