They could do that so easily for Bengals games. There is a rail line that is unused (I think its unused) right behind Longworth Hall. Only problem there is that if they put some cabooses (plural of caboose is caboose?) then guys won't be able to go into those bushes to pee.

Before Newport went highbrow the Cabooze was a great place to grab an adult beverage to go.
