Local Mom Teaches 2 year old to smoke pot

Apparently it is a pretty open and shut case since they found video of the incident on the Mom's Cell Phone. This begs a few questions.

1. How stupid can a human being be? Is this the pinnacle of human stupidity or are there even dumber people out there? To do something like this is stupid enough, but to take video of it on your phone?

2. How many kids will she end up having? Hopefully only one, but how likely is that? Maybe they can sterilize her. Talk about dropping a steamer in the gene pool...

3. What do you do with her? Is execution too harsh?

4. Throughout the course of this criminal's (hopefully short) life how much public money will be spent on her? I am including Prison stays, Welfare, Food Stamps, Child Care costs etc. Over $1MM?

20 years ago, a friend of mine from the DC area said he could fix that town and other urban cities with many problems. I asked how. He said he would make all ot the mothers on welfare get Norplant (birth control). At the time, I was sorta shocked by the thought of that but now I understand the rationale behind it and perhaps it's not such a bad idea.

I am of the opinion that marijuana should be legalized. However, even I am appalled at the thought of a 2 year old kid anywhere near the stuff.

You are not only dumb enough to teach your 2 year old how to smoke a joint, but you are dumb enough to record it with your phone, and apparently, dumb enough to show this video to other people.

I recommend this woman is placed under sedation, put to sleep on the grass in Washington Park, covered in blankets, then run over repeatedly by Cincinnati cops.
