On February 7, 2008 Xavier survived a scare at the Scottrade Center. Derrick Brown's tip-in as time expired gave Xavier a 70-68 victory over the Billikens. Meanwhile St. Joe's lost to Duquesne 102-88 on February 6, 2008.
Previous Meeting:
On February 27, 2007 Xavier defeated St. Joseph's 72-62. Justin Doellman scored fifteen points, while Drew Lavender had 9 assists.
