"It's been tough sledding for St. Louis University basketball in putting together its nonconference schedule, but Rick Majerus signed a deal to face national champion Duke on Dec. 11 in Durham, N.C.
It's a one-game deal, with no return game in St. Louis, and Majerus and his staff have been seeking home-and-home series with quality teams. But the opportunity for SLU to get one of the elite of the elite of college basketball that Majerus couldn't pass it up"

It's better than being suckered into New Jersey to play Duke. Taking notes on that, X and Butler?

What was wrong with that deal? The only problem I saw was the absolute ass-kicking we took, and that had nothing to do with the location of the game.

Nice, I like it. I am predicting great success from SLU over the next two years.

As do I. Majerus is doing a great job over there, and it's apparent he is scheduling well. With a young team he is toughening them up big time. Give them a little time and that team, with what they have, is going to be scary. Top 3 in the conference. I think many other programs could learn how to reverse a sliding trend, just like SLU has...
I HATE dayton.
