well, 11 threads now, and those are just the ones on the front pages. maybe we should create their own forum for them right here.

there are virtually no butler fans posting here either. it's all home grown. i think this may be a sign that butler currently has the upper hand in whatever rivalry we have with them. we seem to be way more fixated on them than they are on us, and that's generally a sure sign that you're losing.

The off-season is entertaining, tosay the least.

Um, we played them this year, they were in our region, we play them next year, and they were just in the NC game. I think that COULD be fueling the interest.

And you spend more time on UDPride than here! Does that mean that you think the cryers have the upper hand?

That was a pretty good comeback. I'll rep you for that one.

no. i just think it means that i like reading their board. they have a lot of discussions about scheduling and the ncaa on an administrative level (ie the league office, rules, bylaws, etc), and i find both of those to be particuarly interesting. if there was a board that focused primarily on scheduling, ncaa administration, and conference affiliation i think i'd be there almost permanently. on this board there isn't a single thread that i've seen that's even discussing ncaa tournament expansion. they have several. that's why i like going there. i honestly don't care THAT much about what they say about xavier or dayton in any other related areas.

to your point, they talk about xavier an awful lot though, and i think it is because they are very fixated on xu, so if anything i think xavier has the upper hand in that one. i admit that i am possibly fixated on fans that are fixated on other teams, particularly us, but i don't think that translates in to me being envious of them.
