Wouldn't surprise me. WV had a LOT of fans there. Doubt they were interested in sticking around for Butler/Duke.

I wonder how many fans Michigan State brought to the Final Four - they probably had fewer fans but I would be surprised that Butler and Duke fans would not gobble them all up for at least face value. Normally tickets for the title game will go for below face value, but with a hometown team like Butler and a blueblood like Duke playing I'd find it hard to believe that there won't be a demand for the tickets, even if many of the seats are restricted view.

I sold my tickets for $80.00 as I walked out on Saturday. if you pro rate them, then each game came to $60.00 each (x 3 for $180.00) So, I lost $20.00 on each ticket but honestly after watching (and barely seeing the action) both games on Saturday night, I felt it was better to watch the game on my 46 inch flat screen and be able to drink beer in the comfort of my own home. Lucas Oil sucks for basketball. Plus, I had a 300 pound obnoxious Butler sitting next to (and on top of ) me and I really didn't want to sit thru 3 more hours of basketball with this douchebag. I'm pretty sure he lives in the basement of his parent's house.

That seals it. I am NOT heading up 74 at 4:00. Cocktails in the mancave with the game on will do just fine.

Yes, it was fun to experience the Final 4 first hand and the atmosphere is electric but the game is so far away from most fans that it just really sucks the fun out of it. I expected this as I knew my tickets weren't great but I didnt know they sucked as much as they did. It was bad. Not worth the money. I really like my flat screen after this weekend.

When they started putting basketball courts in the middle of the likes of Ford Field and Lucas Oil, I stopped putting my name in for the lottery. I'd like to get to a Final Four sometime, but not to sit in the next county.
