Beat Princeton tonight. The championship is actually a best of 3. It starts Monday at VCU and then games 2 and 3 are next Wednesday and Friday at SLU. Go billikens!

I've thought about the A-10 Sweep, but don't want to think ahead or jynx anything.

So, which A10 program(s) declined invites to the CIT. We could have been leading the parade at every level.

Nobody was invited to the CIT; that tournament is reserved for mid-major conferences.

Best 2 of 3 is one of the biggest dumbshit things to ever hit college basketball. Is the CBI championship so important that we think it needs 3 games to sort out the true champion.

VCU wins game one. If SLU comes back and wins games 2 and 3, what we prove is that college teams play better at home than on the road. Wow. Who knew?

yeah I agree. It's the CBI's way to be different for no other reason than being different.

VCU won 71-65 last night in St. Louis to win the CBI.

I can't believe that I even cared enough to look up the score.

At least we know that VCU deserved to win the CBI by winning at home and on the road. Good thing that they did the best 2 of 3, because we would have debated forever if VCU really, really deserved the CBI title.

Hang a banner, VCU! CBI Champs 2010! Damn right.
