UD plays next against TCU in their NCAA Tournament debut. Temple will also play James Madison tomorrow.

Dayton is getting smacked around pretty good by TCU. They're down by 16 with about 14 min to go.

Dayton came storming back and only down 1 with the ball. About 43 seconds left in the game. I'm really cheering for the A-10 to get the win and represent our conference!

The Flyers trailed by 18 and didn't blink. That's impressive for the conference.

Got in town last night (boy are my arms tired) had time for dinner in Hyde Park. Huge crowd partying at Haps. Stopped by Local 127 for a WKRC reunion party to meet with old friends.

Good sign, a group of Xavier t-shirts at my hotel in Sharonville this morning, they are high school kids from out of town here for a rugby tourney at XU. The families said they were going to Cintas to watch the women play this afternoon.

Off to St Gabes in Glendale for 11:30 mass (had first communion/confirmation there), then on to March Madness.

So far Dayton is getting hammered by Tennessee. 30-14 with about 10 min to go in the first half. Temple plays UConn tomm. Tough draw for the A-10.

Tough draw, yes, but at least the A-10 won all of their openers. That's all you can ask of Dayton and Temple when you draw teams like Tennessee and UConn, but Xavier still has bigger goals ahead.
