Except for X, you all suck. Learn how to win a game in the tournament. For God's sake, Dayton won a game last year. Awful displays by Temple and Richmond.

That's a damning statement, but it's true. Xavier is the undisputed Flagship for the A-10.

It is embarrassing how poorly Richmond and Temple did in their games.

I'm just glad that Anderson and Dunphy have their A10 awards to keep them warm on their trips home. Obviously they were the best the A10 had to offer.

Temple and Richmond should go home and apologize to all of their fans and the rest of the A10 for playing the way they did. Its one thing to lose. Its another thing to get destroyed. Absolutely pitiful.

Yes. So many of the experts were appalled that Temple was a five seed. Well, they weren't and not in a good way.

Tried to rep you, AmX, but...

It seems like the other A10 teams like working hard to get to the Big Dance with us the problem is we are there to dance, they are there for the free gift bag.....again we have to bring the money into the A10....

Once again, it is left to the Flagship to save the A-10's shoddy reputation.

Gawd, can we get a little help, please!

This league will never get respect until some of these other slackers and hangers-on actually perform.

Hey Richmond and Temple, you were abjectly embarrassing.

Yeesh. Cut them some slack. It's not like they were 2 seeds losing to 15's. UR and Temple both ran into very good teams. It sucks, and we'd all like to see other A-10 teams do better in the dance, but it's no reason to call out two schools that have been good members of the league and helping to move it in the right direction. Save the venom for the Fordham's of the league.

But it begs the question - did Temple and Richmond overachieve in the regular season to a point where maybe their NCAA expectations were too high?

I can see where Richmond would have that deer-in-the-headlights look against St. Mary's - this was their first NCAA bid in 6 seasons. I was more disappointed that an experienced team like Temple got taken to the woodshed against Cornell.

UD deserves even more credit for last year's win against West Virginia now in retrospect.

Try this fellow conference members - TGFX - "Thank goodness for Xavier". Feels better, doesn't it.

In all due fairness to the other members of the Conference, the A-10 Board is now filled with posts from fans of other A-10 teams congratulating the Muskies and declaring them "The Flagship"!

In Temple's defense, Cornell was obviously underrated at a 12 seed. Not saying they weren't content just being there, but Cornell was pretty legit.

And likewise, in Richmond's defense, St. Mary's is also a very good team.

They both had a tough draw, but at some point another team from this conference needs to step up and win some games in the tournament if the A-10 is ever going to get more national respect.

I think St. Mary was pretty underrated too.

Temple pretty much got screwed getting a 5-seed and getting paired with an underrated 12-seed. My head told me Cornell would beat them but in most of my bracket picks, my heart had me picking Temple. Lesson is...when doing these brackets, use your head. :)

Yeah. Even UD fans seem to be playing nice. I'm curious to know, though if Anderson still thinks Richmond is the better team.
