Yep, it's neutral. Just means the person does not meet the criteria set in the options to affect someone else's reputation.

I at first couldn't figure out where the sound was coming from as I hadn't scrolled enough. Auto-starting could be very bad at work when I want to visit XH. Any way to have it not start automatically?

I just joined up as a Supporting Member for the first time. This site has been such a great discovery for me...I am surrounded by UC fans and don't have many "real life friends" to talk Xavier hoops with. This place is a God-send and I'm thrilled to help support it!

Since we're talking about site upgrades and enhancements and all, I was wondering if there was anything that could be done about one of them. When I view a thread using my iPhone, the grey bookmarks bar appears on the right side of the page, totally screwing up the page layout. Is this happening to anyone else? Can it be fixed?
