Only two of the games have started. GW is hanging around with Temple so far in the first half. Richmond is up a half dozen at Charlotte.

Both of these games are potentially big for tournament reasons. Obviously if Temple loses we get the #1 seed and sole claim on "Regular Season Champs." Meanwhile if Charlotte loses there is a good chance we see them in the first round of the tourney if we remain the #2 seed.

It bothers me how Temple has let teams hang around. Their style keeps them in every game, but it can also keep the other team in the game as well. I could see them getting upset in the first round of the NCAAs again, but I could also see them in the Sweet 16.

Most likely.

Richmond up 1 at half. Temple up 1 at half.

Temple will win today. They most likely will win the A-10 tourney this year. Then they will get trounced in the first round of the NCAA tourney. They suck in the NCAA tourney.

Good game between Charlotte and Richmond. They're both playing hard.

I continue to be impressed with Richmond. They are in the other guys' house and they take the punches and always answer with solid offense.

Temple wakes up at the start of the second half and is pulling away. Charlotte still hanging in. I would definitely prefer Richmond win that one. Charlotte is done, so I don't want them hurting Richmond's NCAA seeding.

Temple expectedly wins, as does Richmond (although in OT). Xavier taking care of business. The SLU game is the last one of any real merit for the regular season.

URI crappin the bed at UMass right now. Down 1 under 3 minutes to go. This would be terrible for their at-large hopes.

OMG!! Rhody messes up again!! They let UMess come back and win. That lets UMess make the A-10 Tournament first round and probably keeps Rhody out of the freakin' Dance!

One thing never changes, however. LaSuck and F-m finish in the last two spots- and out of the Tournament. Nice job by "Doctor" Gianninni. Get a Top 30 overall recruit and fail miserably.

There is no hope for those two places.

Finally, If the dump wins tonight, Xavier plays the winner of the Charlotte/GW game on Friday. The Cryers door may have been reopened with Rhody's loss.

Dayton getting abused 32-17 by the Billikens. Looks like X gets revenge this Friday.

The Flyers score 2 points (both from the charity stripe) the final 12 minutes of the first half. They have 19 total. Wow.

For those who care the Flyers nearly went 12:00 without scoring and missed 16 straight shots at UD Arena.
STL with the win would finish 4th in A-10 and a 20-10 record. They should replace URI as the 4th team from A-10 and firmly on the bubble.

SLU's RPI is way too high for an at-large; they have to at least make the A-10 final to merit serious consideration.

I know we're not supposed to talk about them, but man do they suck tonight.

I'm just going to talk about SLU showing a lot of heart and character after a couple of heartbreaking losses at home (with a Duquesne win mixed in). They will be a tough out for URI and Temple.

Rick Majerus deserves something for the work he has done this year. Watching him coach against Gregory is like watching Einstein play Sloth from "the Goonies" in a game of checkers.

This doesn't change anything. Saint Louis is still dead to me.

Wow, wow.

GW vs. the team up north on Tuesday to play X on Friday.

I'm not real happy about that, but I can't explain why.

Not me. I want Dayton to win on Thursday so we can send them to the NIT on Friday.

I'm not thrilled about playing UD for our first game. But on the bright side, Dayton still has a solid RPI. If we do happen to choke, it wouldn't be a bad loss.

Great day.

Fitting that coach Mack would tweet this today:

"Ya know what i love about our guys and our program?? When we lose, we make NO excuses. Improve not blame. Some don't get it. Hahahaha"

I will take that as a direct reference to UD and UC.

I love you coach Mack.
