My tickets arrived to watch our Xavier Musketeers reach the sweet 16.
If you want to start a roll call - my seats are in section 109, row J.
The ticket sheets look really sharp with holograms and all. Tickets are blue, white and gray, an omen?

I didn't get as nice a seat (not being a season ticket holder)
But I'm very glad to say I'm in section 211 row B seat 8 and 9. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm about midcourt, 2nd row on the bench side of the arena. pretty much exactly the spot I sat for 3 years, but on the court at the announcer's spot! I'm right behind you coasterville.
Look for the idiot with the XU flag

That must be good news if they are starting to use the upper bowl. Any word on how ticket sales for this are going?
And yes, I think 211 is center court for the upper bowl.

I spoke to the ticket office today. There are still plenty of all-session tickets available in the lower-level. Good locations too! I believe the upper-level all-session tickets were part of the Holiday Sale back in December. Single-sesion tickets go on sale next week.

I've got a question for anybody in the know. Is there any chance that XU could still be moved back into the midwest regional? I ask because then I would be able to see them play in KC (assuming they get there of course).

I think that's what the staff is hoping for, rather than being shipped out west, or being shoved into the east with UConn. Midwest means in the bracket with Nebraska probably, that wouldn't be a bad thing. Anything is possible. they can stick the Cincinnati chunk in any one of the 4 regions.
The theory about being moved is that there are more top teams in the east, southeast areas and the not quite at the top teams are kind of at the mercy of the commitee as to placement. For Xavier, being from the lowly A-10 and just an "ok" sos because of being in the A-10 puts us in jeopardy of being tossed around.
I'd have to think the midwest is not a bad thing.

I see. Thanks for the info, I wasn't quite sure how that worked. I've seen Nebraska play in person this season (when they beat Kansas by 7, and Kansas had a lead pretty late in that game) and I think Xavier matches up VERY well with them. So if I had to pick any bracket for the Muskies to be in it would be Nebraska's. Plus I would be in KC in a heartbeat to see them play (Less than an hour from Lawrence)!
