When my audio connection died it was XU 35 URI 20 with 3 minutes left in the 1st half.

18 points in the paint, 14 points were off turnovers, and they had only attempted 1 three pointer, sounds like this is a training session, 40 minutes of work on how to feed the post!!!

41-26 at the half, the twin towers have combined for 24 points!

13-26 from the field, 14 of 16 from the line!
Did Rhody forget to bring the defense today?

Now 78-58Xavier with 4:10 to play.

Amber has a double-double with 20 pts and 10 rebs; it would be pretty sweet if she could pull the T-D with 10+ blocks, but it doesn't appear that it will happen (although blocks aren't reflected in the ESPN box). April has 16 pts, Ta'Shia 15, and Jerri 14.

A minute 42 to go, XU by 20+
Amber 20 points 10 boards
Ta'shia 15 and 9
April 16 and 6 off the bench!!
not far from having 3 double doubles in a game!!!

Outstanding work ladies!

Now in the books; Xavier wins 80-63. I'll add the updated scores later on in the day; Charlotte was a surprise loser at Saint Louis yesterday; it's looking like a 3-team race at the halfway point right now.

On to Temple and to maintain a share of 1st in the A-10.

Good job today by the ladies. It was nice to see the team put a bunch of points on the board. It seems like they were well prepared for the game. Now, let's beat Temple!!

Only 12 TOs versus 19 assists; I'm glad to see that they were able to take care of the ball against URI.

When you look at the PG spot, 10 assists and only 4 TO's from special and alesia, not bad at all!!! But just 2 points, I think you'ld like a little offense from that spot.

Didn't see the game, but I'm going to assume that since the pair only too 3 shots all day, that the total focus was to dump it low and let the bigs get work. It's going to take a five player offensive effor to overcome Temple this week. Saw them play last week against Fordham, held them to 36 or 38 points on the game, we'll need to have several hot hands to take that one.

Appeared to be firing on all cylinders yesterday. Congrats to the ladies. I noticed the last couple games they have shot far less 3's, while still racking up impressive point totals, which I think is a good thing. The assists to TO ratio, as I think PA mentioned, is significant also. Guard play will continue to be a big key, as it is with most teams, IMHO.

On to Temple. Even though they have been on a bit of a roll, I like that they have some time in between to get their legs back and get a little break from the grind. I also like that they get their toughest remaining games at home.

Good butt kicking by our ladies. Not sure what the message board switch is all about, but I'll go where the conversation is posted.

As for the audio, I Shmultz said its a wireless deal and it cuts out sometimes and it has to be reconnected. It does come back and works most of the time at least for me.

Kind of stinks that it comes and goes, but I like to listen anyway.
