Sorry I don't have a direct link but Charlie Cream on ESPN.com has Xavier as a #2 seed in the west regional. After the opening round game we would play the winner of Rutgers or TCU. I'm not sure I like that because Rutgers is so unpredictable and TCU have some goo wins. Either way I'm excited about a #2 seed!

Is Xavier allowed to play at Cintas or will they be sent somewhere else like the mens' tourney?

Yes, they get the first two games in the Cintas, next year too! It''s an old policy, I'm sure it's meant to boost attendance in those first 2 round, certainly is a good thing for the home team, not so great for the 3 visitors!

I've got my tickets ordered, do you?

I plan on attending those games myself. Should be fun to support them. I've been meaning to make it to an A-10 game, but my schedule isn't allowing much of an opportunity. Throw in an out-of-town relationship, and it makes it n ear impossible at the moment.

But, it's been fun watching the ladyies' progress throughout the season.

I am still holding out hope that some of the 1 seeds will lose a game or two and we can sneak in and take one.

That would be extremely tough. Many of the top teams would have to have complete meltdowns. I'm honestly surprised were a 2 seed. I know we have a lot of wins that at the time looked really good (USC, Arizona St, Kansas, Minnesota) but many of those teams have fallen off the radar and are really struggling. We don't actually have a win against a team currently ranked in the top 25. No wins against the top teams.

Winning out in the regular season shouldn't be too difficult; Charlotte is the only team remaining that can get in the way of a 14-0 A-10 regular season. Beating Dayton for a 3rd time could be a tough hurdle if it occurs in the A-10 tournament.
