I respect that Vitale loves college basketball, but I can't stand him repeating his phrases over and over again.

He said something in relation to Florida hosting X, and if I understood him correctly it sounded derogatory.

I think he was questioning the timing of the game in the middle of confrence play. I too think it was meant to be a little derogatory.

Hard to know how good Kentucky is. Through no fault of their own (UConn, Louisville, Stanford and UNC all average to bad; SEC stinks), they haven't really played anyone particularly good heading into tonight.

Chism's injury is hurting Tennessee. He's clearly not the same player in the second half.

I don't think it was meant derogatory, he was just wondering what Florida and Xavier were doing playing in the middle of conference season, at least that's the way I took it.
