class action lawsuit against ncaa licensing rights

i was wondering if anyone else had been following this. i believe it will be very difficult to quantify how much money the ncaa has made off of current/former student athletes based on their image, and therefore it would be difficult to quantify how much money the people bringing about the suit would actually be owed. having said that, i do think they at least have a case, and i don't think it's the kind of thing the ncaa will want to settle.

The article makes mention of Sam Keller's lawsuit, which alleges pretty much the exact same thing O'Bannon's does. It will be interesting to see how these two play out - this case seems certain to go to the Supreme Court.
