It was a good move compared to the usual pre game ritual in which Gregory acts like a dog, sniffs their butts and tries to hump all of their legs.
I am over Dayton. In the standings. That is where it counts.

Oh. My. God. Seriously. How does this guy get anyone to play for him? I'm sorry but this was so pitiful it was hilarious. Could you see Huggins, Self, Coach K, or any other self-respecting coach doing something like this? No. Because they can inspire their players without having to resort to playing dress up to 20 year old music videos and Jack Black movies. Good God.

To be fair, that's exactly why he does it, to loosen the tension and make people laugh. It's not a motivational tool at all.
