I need a thread to get my mind off of that horrible performance so here is the Temple vs. Richmond thread. Richmond looks good so far

If Xavier wants to win the A-10 (or at least tie), this is a must-win for Richmond. Looking at Temple's schedule, not sure where else they will pick up a loss.
Richmond is a good club. I like watching their guards play. Anderson is in the running for POY.
We are all Spiders today.

I agree. I'm a Spider today.
34-17 Richmond at 2:49 left in the 1st half
looks like temple is going to get dump trucked today. Thanks Spiders

This game looks like a replay of the game I was trying to get away from.
The better team is getting swallowed up away from their home court.
Temple can't knock down a shot or slow down Richmond.
Score at the Half: 44-26 Rich.

Wow the cryers hit the jackpot today. The two teams with one loss both get their second loss today. Too bad ud isn't done losing yet.

ESPNU puts up a statistic about Richmond beating Top 25 opponents at home each of the last three years
and Richmond still rushes the court...

Charlotte won - they only have 1 loss and are now on top of the conference. Who saw that coming?

But the road def. won't be easy for them with a trip @Dayton, home against X, @Rhode Island, and home against Richmond in their future.

They beat Richmond at their place already, so I think they'll handle them at home. Don't see them keeping it up, but it's amazing to see where they are at this point in the season.

Actually, I think I posted something earlier in the conference season that I wouldn't be surprised if Charlotte won the A-10 (or something to that effect). I'm not going to look for it though...that would take way too long.

Temple losing made my day. I was all set to have a really bad one and then I saw Temple get their butt kicked.
We are still alive for the A-10 Title. In it to win it.

The guy to watch out for when we play Richmond is Anderson. He is quick and can get to the basket easily.
Here is his statline against Temple: (Pts:29, Reb:5, Ast:3)
Another guy to watch out for is Gonzalvez who can light it up from 3.
Richmond shot 77% in the first half!! I definetly didn't see that coming after our poor output against Temple's defense.
It looks like we will have our hands full with Richmond.

Richmond caught a huge break with Fernandez out of Temple's lineup - apparently he was injured and didn't make the trip down south.
