And I don't mean the mid-80's St. Louis Cardinals. I really hope and pray that this isn't real. If it is real, the jokes are endless.

It is funny what the media will fall for. This league doesn't even have a website or a player.

I think I will start my own league and send out a press release tomorrow.

I can't decide if this is real or fake. If it's fake, then a whole bunch of media outlets are buying it, even Fox news, and even Augustas governmental body.

Jimmie Binnie and Kurt Huelsman both still can't make a roster.

I HATE dayton.

Would this league have the same 1 year rule that the NBA has? Because if they do, you are going to have a lot of walk-ons skipping college and going straight to the Whitey league.

I think this is a detriment to college basketball

Hopefully they hold the championship game right after the Black Miss America pageant!

Sidney Deane: I don't mean to brag... but I'm the greatest!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Billy Hoyle: You are so stupid. It would take your mother 1, no. 2 hours to watch 60 MINUTES.
Sidney Deane: Don't start that shit again.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Billy Hoyle: You calling me ugly?
Sidney Deane: Your mother did.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Billy Hoyle: I'll tell you what. Why don't we take all these bricks and build a shelter for the homeless, so maybe your mother will have a place to stay.

I'd change the name of #12 to Stiffs.

Can't see this as real. If so, it is just plain ridiculous.

Why would anyone want to watch a bunch of shitty white guys who can't get a job in the NBA, play semi-pro basketball? I am an average white guy and have no desire to watch a bunch of my cousins play basketball in a league that pales in comparison to the NBA.

I actually like the NBA and enjoy watching games from time to time. The Cavs are playing the Lakers tonight. I prefer to watch LeBron vs. Kobe over 2 teams filled with crackers who couldn't defend either of these guys on their best day.

I'd change the name of #12 to Stiffs.

And their mascot would be Rudy Flyer!

Not original.

Whiteyball is a style of playing baseball that was developed by former Major League Baseball manager Whitey Herzog. The origins of the term stem from the 1982 World Series won by the St. Louis Cardinals, which were managed by Herzog.

This guys a grand dragon or poobah looking for a little ink. I think the only place this shows up as a news item is on a bunch of new websites.
