I think it's unlikely that the A-10 will get only two in and even more surprising that he has 4 PAC-10 making the show.

It's not Palm that has 5 Pac-10 teams in, it's RealTimeRPI, which is good for keeping up to speed on RPI changes, but not so much for projecting the field evidently.
