Act like you have been there before.

They just beat UCONN (#15, very shaky) on their home court.

Now, Michigan was ranked higher than 15 at one point this year.

The students of this national powerhouse. They RUSH THE COURT!

WTF?

The announcer when their running on the court (CBS) says "Well I don't think all this is merited". 5 second pause: " Well, okay, whatever".

Funny stuff.

UConn is looking like a majorly overrated team.

LOL! Yeah I saw that and thought the same thing about them being ranked that high earlier this year.

Pretty lame.

It's been a pretty rough two years for football so I guess they need to vent somehow; lol.

U-Con, as in Con Men.

6 losses with the highest ranked team that they have beaten being Bill and Mary at home. They have only played 3 true road games and lost them all.

The continual overrating of the Big Greased teams just grate me. If U Con is ranked 15, Xaier should be about 14 yet we don't have a single vote.

I texted a buddy who went to Michigan right away. What a joke. He didn't get back to me. I take that as he was not happy with it as well.

Wish we could have drawn them in the Old Spice.

That was sort of our fault. They lucked out to beat Creighton in OT. We lost to an inferior Marquette team. We played Creighton on day 2 and not Michigan.

The students of this national powerhouse.

How exactly is Michigan a national powerhouse? The Fab Five was a long, long time ago.

Sarcasm--kind of.

Just getting at they are as big of brand as their is in college sports. They have already been ranked as high as Uconn is, the win ran their record to 10-7. They are not rivals. Uconn may not be ranked week. They didn't win on a wild last shot. Worst rushing the floor situation I have ever seen.

Maybe I should have said brand instead of powerhouse.

Indiana also rushed the court after beating that powerhouse Minnesota today.

I wonder if X were to beat UConn at Cintas if the Xavier silverhairs would rush the court in their scooters?

Technically, they never really existed

Perhaps a beacon of hope in otherwise dark times...I'm not a UM fan, but in general, the state doesn't have a whole lot of reasons to get excited lately. After the game, the non-students went back to their homes with upside-down mortgages and thermostats set to 62 degrees to endorse their unemployment checks. Maybe snuggling up tight with all those people on the court is a way to stay warm.

Or more likely, this team hasn't seen much success in recent years and forgot how to act like experienced winners.

I can understand why they rushed the floor. Because they never thought they had a chance. If you watched the Michigan/Indiana game, you would know that both teams are very, very poor basketball teams.

Storming the Floor, a college basketball blog, did not approve of Michigan storming the floor.

PARTY FOUL! In case you're wondering how we felt about this Wolverine floor storming WE DID NOT LIKE IT. It fails the StF criterion on so many levels.1) UConn is not a natural rival. 2) UConn started the season strong, but is now 11-6 and 2-3 in the Big East. 3) Michigan led for much of the game, and did not require a buzzer-beater to win. 4) Michigan has still been a vast disappointment so far this season. So, boo-urns on Michigan fans.
