I'll try to post the email on Monday, but I think that if you sign up to be a Cavs Insider (http://www.nba.com/cavaliers/insider/) you'll also be able to receive it. I don't think the link and "unique password" will be email specific, meaning that it will be the same for everyone.

We wanted to make you aware of a special opportunity for the upcoming 2011 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - First and Second Round games that will be held at Quicken Loans Arena on Friday, March 18 and Sunday, March 20, 2011.
This coming Monday, January 11, 2010, you will be receiving an email directly from the NCAA that will provide you with a link and unique password to purchase your tickets for the NCAA Tournament. There will be a strict eight (8) ticket maximum per account. You will not receive actual seat locations on Monday - these will be communicated to you at a later date to be determined. THIS PRESALE WILL BE HANDLED DIRECTLY BY THE NCAA AND THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT.
