I am havinga debate with a buddy about rankings of programs within the state of ohio. I remember a web site having state by state rankings of the programs. Does anyone remember this? A link will be rewarded with rep points!

Ohio College Basketball Programs Rankings:

1. Xavier University
2. Everybody Else
