The game was at Florida. Looks like the Gators are coming back to earth after a hot start. Would like to see a similar result when X goes there in February.

Oh thats just awesome.

I wanted UF undefeated when we went into there. Now we had better win. If South Alabama can do it, I flat out expect us to do it.

Florida already had two losses. Unless you meant on their home court. They were undefeated at home.

Yeah, thats what I meant. Typed it out too fast and didn't read it.

Looks like LSU lost out at Washington State as well. LSU doesn't have much this year. I think they have pretty much been playing cupcakes.

That's generally their MO. I've seen lots of really bad LSU teams start the SEC season something like 12-1.

LSU is starting a guy that came out for open try outs that the coach held because he didn't have enough players to have 5 on 5 scrimmages. I don't see them starting league play at 12-1. The SEC isn't good this year, but it is better than that.

Speaking of the SEC, former UC commit, John Riek, finally got to play for MSU last night. He played 8 minutes against Centenary, and he had 6 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 turn-overs. He looks like he will be a circus-act-novelty, crowd-favorite kind of thing. He grabbed a rebound in traffic, and just held the ball up over his head until traffic cleared. That drew a big laugh from the crowd. He then proceeded to throw a pass to nobody.

Didn't mean they'd go 12-1 in the SEC. Just that they have had some crazy schedules through the years where they would play absolutely no one, head into SEC play with a gaudy record and proceed to lose early and often to conference foes.
