INDIANAPOLIS -- A man who claims to be the leader of a vampire sect was sentenced on Wednesday for threatening the life of a Marion County judge.

Rocky Flash, 45, also known as Jonathon Sharkey, pleaded guilty to one count of intimidation, and was sentenced to just more than two years in the Marion County Jail.

Flash, who claims to be the leader of Vampyer Nation, threatened to "beat, torture, impale, dismember and decapitate" Judge David Certo, who is presiding over another case involving Flash.

Jonathon Sharkey is listed as having run for President of the United States twice as an independent candidate, and once for Congress in Indiana with the Reform Party.

Flash was also ordered not to have any contact with Certo or his family
