Boxing? Nah. Go with the sport that people actually follow now, Mixed Marial Arts. I would go down there all the time if they had fights regularly.

It would imagine it would be multi-purpose if built...

You could have concerts, MMA, Boxing, Comedy, basically anything but Carrottop.
