Player of the Week: Rodney Green (Sr.), La Salle
Green picked up right where he left off last year, leading La Salle to a 2-1 week and wins over Davidson and Tulane in the Charleston Classic. For the frame, the senior averaged 19 points, eight rebounds and three steals per contest. Sunday against Tulane, Green went six-for-six from the charity stripe over the final three minutes (with four of his makes in the final 48 seconds) to help La Salle outlast the Green Wave, 61-59. On the young season, Green is shooting 52% from the field and a robust 54.5% from beyond the arc.
