UD Beats Purdue

Dayton beat Purdue today 56-53. Dayton is now 3-1 with wins over Michigan St, Georgetown, and Purdue. Their loss is to Louisville. Their schedule the rest of the way though is much easier. Should be a good couple games later this year when we meet them. Their so young. I bet they are really really good in the next couple of years. Hopefully we'll be better!

They were even younger last year - they've always seemed to be on the verge of big things under Jim Jabir, but they've usually had their successful seasons with senior-laden teams. I wonder if that trend is going by the wayside.

I absolutely agree. Purdue fans are the worst and when I found out an A-10 team beat them I was estatic! Jim Jabir has done an awesome job. To be honest I cheer for Dayton to win anytime their not playing us. I always want the A-10 teams to have good years because it'll challenge us more. Very good start to the year for the A-10 this year!
