Seems like a good win for the conference right there. Anyone know how good BC is this year?

Not sure if BC is all that great. Coach Skinner signed no one new in the off season.

SJU's Garrett Williamson scored 10 of his 18 points in the final two minutes. I think he went on a terror to win it for the Hawks.

Skinner signed nobody because they returned pretty much everyone from an NCAA team last year. I know they've had some issues off the floor but I think the suspended players are back.

Carl Jones from up in Cleveland is going to be a stud for them.

They definitely lost their best player in Rice though. Dont know about the rest of their team though. I never thought they were too good last year. I went to the SLU game where they beat BC and wasnt too impressed. They obviously made the NCAA tourney though so maybe they were better than I thought. From what I heard about this year though I didnt think they were supposed to be too good.

St. Joes gets a shot at No. 7 Purdue tomorrow night. Purdue is without Lewis Jackson who was supposed to be their starting point guard, but had to have surgery to correct an injury and is out indefinitely. Even without Jackson though, Purdue is a very very good team, and I doubt St. Joes can beat them. But it's early and on a neutral court so you never know. THWND!

No Debate. Solid Win.

BC is in the mix about every other year, and is from the ACC.

Good win. Good win.

Well I guess that link to an internet stream didn't work. Sorry about that.

And DePaul is who the Hawks will get in the consolation game after losing to Purdue. Winner gets 3rd. Loser, 5th. I would think the Hawks will be a dog if there is a line.

Game is at 6:00 pm est. Not sure about TV but it will be on various FSN channels. Whether that includes FSN Cincy or Ohio I have no idea.

Anyone else going to watch St. Joes vs. DePaul? They just had a shot of Jerry Wainwright, and while the mirror was never particularly kind, he is looking aged.

DePaul leads 34-24 at the half. St. Joes is going to get murdered on the glass this year. They therefore have to take care of the ball, and they've turned it over way too much so far. Unofficially, shot attempts are roughly 33 for DePaul, and only about 22 for the Hawks.

Yeah The administration really beat the sh!t out of him this offseason trying to get rid of him. But he was smart enough to hold out and told the university pay me the rest of my contract or I'm not leaving. So they fired his entire staff including his son.

I think the new assistants are making a diiference though. For the first time in Wainwright's tenure they actually are running an offense.

The Hawks have really fought back in this game, and trail by just 2 with about 4-1/2 to go.

Not impressed with the transfer O'Brian so far, but he did sit out a year.

Dam. The Hawks got a couple chances to tie or take the lead, but didn't hit the shots.

1-2 in the tourney. 5th place.
