CCT’s Atlantic 10 Preview: Live Chat


On Tuesday October 27th at 8:00pm, College Chalktalk will host an interactive discussion previewing the 2009-2010 Atlantic 10 campaign. Moderating the chat and answering questions will be College Chalktalk President Chris DiSano, a USBWA member and Atlantic 10 media preseason voter; and Ian Nolan, a USBWA member and regular columnist.

The chat will allow you readers and fans of the Atlantic 10 to pose questions to our panel and engage in A-10 discussion and debate amongst yourselves. All teams will be discussed and their respective season outlooks analyzed.

If Crawford is sooo good, then how could UD possibly be ranked 15 spots ahead of X in the polls?

Very dayton fan of you to point to polls that are voted on before any team has taken the floor. So typical.

You and your dayton buddies really get a kick out of the fact the preseason polls rank you ahead of Xavier. Good for you. I imagine rooting for dayton is the equivalent of a 20 year root canal. I guess if I were you, I would grab on to any little shred of useless information to justify rooting for such a sub par program.

I could be wrong, but I think it has something to do with losing our head coach and top three scorers. Again, I could be wrong but I think there is a relationship between our place in the polls and these losses.

Seriously, if Dayton had lost it's head coach last year and top three scorers, where do you think it would be in the polls?
