Links to teams

On the schedule on the front page, would it be possible to place a link that would take you to a teams "clubhouse" page (either espn, foxsports or other) that way we can follow the schedules of not only the teams we've already played, but will be playing. I know it's probably some work, but just a suggestion.

I thought it was set up that way already... I'll look into it.. It's definitely a possibility.
