I concur. This board is not about moneybags miller, it's about XAVIER hoops and the Xavier Way. That d-bag was on board until the Xavier Way became outdated and didn't provide him with enough money, so screw him and it's time for us to bring our game back in the fall.
I'm going to go ahead and name 09-10 the Vengeance Tour, you know, to prove everyone wrong (again) and to correct some mistakes of past coaching, like not having an inbounds play, having plays drawn up for Brad, etc. etc. Not to mention to win some games that definitely should be won, specifically on our floor (read: Butler).
just my thoughts.

Just as relevant to XU, here's an article on VCU's new head coach, Shaka Smart:

Seriously people, no need to post something every time Miller's name is mentioned, especially in the Men's Basketball forum.

For Pete's sake! Can't we just Skip all the nonsense? I mean I'm just a T(h)ad more interested in the next Buick design than some aforementioned person named after a cheap American beer. I say we only look forward to the upcoming season (and beyond). Let's Staak 'em for Mack and let bygones by bygones. Or at least as much as appropriate for a
incredibly myopic, stupid, idiotic, synaptically challenged, greedy, two-faced, Lexus moochin, loyalty lackin, money grabbin, cactus eatin, player stealin, future self ass kicker, regrettable pathetic excuse for integrity and ultimate waste of protoplasm certain former employee of our fine institution.
Whewww! I'm tired after all that.
Mr. Mack, the floor is yours.

Now that would be pressure! May your future children understand, appreciate and embrace The Xavier Nation. Oh, and when they're teenagers, remember that you're really not the biggest idiot on the planet, no matter what they say, do, email, text, tweet ...

Been watching posta here for a long long time and notice you are all so out of the f***ing loop. Xu is a great institution but a far cry from U of A and what Sean Miller can accomplish. So continue with your insane posts about money and what he owes Xavier. It was a relationship in which all benefit. One would not be if not for the other. Grow the F*** uo and realize that given the opportunity you would also have made the jump.

Kind of ironic that someone who feels the need to uselessly sware and can barely put three words together without several misspellings and typos would be telling others to (and I quote) "Grow the F*** uo," isn't it?
Back to the Arizona boards for you.

I think you just dont want to have to change you online name. Never put the coaches name in you online name.
Xavier would not be if not for Sean Miller? You are the one out of the loop.

The funny thing is he has been a member here since feb of 2008 and had a few posts pre Sean Miller leaving but all involving Sean Miller. A relative maybe? No, but seriously he seems to be much more of a Sean Miller fan than a Xavier fan.

XU fans are unrealistic and need to realize that THIS is not everyones dream job. BOTH XU and Sean Miller benefited from his time here NO dispute. Whatever he deemed necessary for his career change we are not to judge.

I dont think anyone has ever stated that this is every coaches dream job. Miller fooled us into thinking he had everything he needed and wanted here. You know what he didnt have though? 2+million dollars. The move was about money plain and simple. No one would have blamed him if he would have just admitted it. That is a lot of money to pass up, just say so and its end of convo.

Ha, you're right. I didn't even look at that, just figured he was an Arizona troll.
I feel bad for you, luckymiller. Your hero, Sean Miller, is afraid of Dayton, even saying something along the lines of "I won't miss playing them, they've got a good thing going up there. It's scary." (not a direct quote, but something similar.) How could you look up to someone who is scared of Dayton basketball? The only excuse for that seemingly inexplicable fear is if you are the coach at Jacksonville and Oakland (the colleges, not the NFL teams) and still tremor from the old days when Dayton used to always beat you out for those stud recruits.

I don't think anyone is saying they would. At the point when Sean left XU for UA, however, how much better of an opportunity was Arizona, besides the money?

I should change my name because regardless of the truth in my arguments, I can't be heard. It is not about Sean MIller it is about us, the fans. Unrealistic and relentless in our pursuit of more. Wins and explainations of what can't sometimes be achieved. A coach left, a program survives it happens, and hopefully as in our case we can move on and become better.

And hopefully in Sean Miller's case he can fall flat on his face and become unemployed.
